Default my G1 stoped and wont start

I have had this G1 for a few weeks. I have changed sparkplug, fuel filter and airfilter, this thing runs graet, then today after running around and driving up and down my road, I came to a stop and it would not start up again. I put up on jackstands and cranked motor and starter runs foward and reverse but wont start up, any ideas ? .

Check fuel, spark, and air. It may be the solenoids on the back passenger fender. Usually these only go out one at a time though. Make sure the little wire on the coil where the spark plug wire is attached, isn't broken (little orange wire I think).

Ok, I have checked all the fuses and all connections. Added new spark plug, still not running. All switches, celenoid, and petal switch seems to be working. Definately got a spark!!! (just ask my fingers) Pulled fuel line loose and seems to be getting plenty of fuel. Could carb be gunked up, causing it not to run? I guess next step is cleaning carb??? Does anyone know the acceptable compression for the G1? Have not done the compression check yet. Any help will be great, thanks in advance.

Yes, pull the carb off, clean it and make sure the float is working freely. Gumout carb cleaner works well. Is your gas fresh?

If your getting fuel and spark, check the muffler to see if it is stopped up. You also have an exhaust valve on the front of the engine that works in conjunction with the carb. linkage. Make sure it isn't stuck closed.

New guy, yes the gas is fresh. Complete carb cleaning taking place tomorrow. While I was trying to start the motor in forward or reverse there was a swishing sound almost like sucking sound coming from the exhaust. Like compression or something. I have also read that the crank seals, if they were leaking or were wet and oily underneath meant they were bad. Well, mine is dry. So no leak? Does anyone know acceptable compression? I have not done a compression check as I dont have any idea what it should be. Did check the valve in the exhaust to make sure it was not stuck.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Welcome to the club... I have the exact same problem. New gas, spark plug, disassembled, cleaned carb., removed exhaust, checked fuel pump, etc...engine will idle(exhaust gets hot), no power... I suspect float adjustment... Old float needle lost, new one has spring in float end...normal??? Help spriddle
