G1 not charging
I put a brand new gen/ starter. battery is 1 month old. Now the ? Should I have voltage at the Generator all the time/ and solenoid too

I am not sure what you mean by "all the time". If you mean when the cart isn't running then, no, there should be no current at the starter / gen or the solenoids. If the cart is running then yes there should be current at those places.
