Default 2019 Umax swap

Has anyone swapped one of these 402s into a G29 yet?

It is impressive.
Took about an hour to swap it out. Then just had to take it around the block...in 10 degree temps.
Fired right up too.
Everything is literally plug and play.

Don, when the temperature gets a little warmer I'll give more feedback on it.

Performing great.
Looking for better weather, but I am able to run it everyday with an enclosure.

Hoping this weekend to do a full speed run. Running with the windshield up, I get to 32mph and let off.
I haven't pushed it as the windshield is bowing so much I feel like it could break and half kill me.

Judging by what I lost before with the windshield up, I'm guessing somewhere around 40. I also had Don do some clutch work to balance out the new found torque with speed. Might have to put seat belts in, it flies.

Previously, driving up hills it would either hold speed, or more likely lose an mph or 2. Now it continues to accelerate.
I told Don during our first conversation that I'm the "too much power is never enough" kinda guy. He doesn't disappoint, and won't sell you something that won't help you.

Biggest fear swapping this out was that it would studder or hesitate when punching it. That the tuning wouldn't be quite right. None of that, it just goes.

Very happy with my new starting point having more power than the 357 at max tune

A must have for the insatiable crowd
I'm running Stage 1 currently, working through the break-in period to establish a baseline before further mods.
This past Sunday I took my Dad, 77, for a spirited ride.
He thought it was a SxS, looked at me funny when I told him it was a golf cart
Looking forward to every wrench turned on this beast.

That's awesome!

Does that come with the muffler and everything as a kit or is it just the motor?

Swap out your air cleaner, exhaust, and clutches.

Straight swap, can't say enough about how easy it is, no fabbing whatsoever.

Don said 15min out, 15min in.
Mine was more like 25 mins each, don't think I work on it as much as him

keep us posted, this looks like a great option instead of the big block kit.

Plowman, will these work in a 1996 G14?
