Default 10" vs 12" rims for G29

Replacing 8" rims and deciding which rim/tire to use
205/65/10 or 215/50/12

Both tires are 20.5" high. I think the 12" rims look the nicest but thinking the lower profile may lead to a rougher ride. Not sure if it would be significant. Your thoughts.

If you enjoy your current ride go with the 205/65-10 it increases overall diameter but you end up with the same side wall height and ride that you currently have. I you don't mind sacrificing some of the ride for looks go for the 12".

I have 205/40/12's on my G29. It looks nice and sporty (vs an offroad look). The low profile tires provide great handling on pavement, but the ride is a bit bumpy on gravel roads. If I primarily drove on gravel roads, I would not like this setup. For primarily driving on pavement, it's great.
