Default Changing oil in G2

Can anyone tell me how much oil to put in my G2 when I change the oil? I thought I remember reading somewhere on here where the dipsticks don't quite read accurate on the G2's?

From searching through the forums it looks like I need to use 10W 30 oil and change it about every 100 hours.

Like Craig posted. 1 qt which is about halfway on the dipstick. And yes, use 10W30.

Be sure at least twice a year to grease your clutches as well. Two pumps in front clutch (grease fitting around rim) and only ONE pump in the rear clutch (grease fitting on inner sheave, triangle area).

On the front clutch I can't get my grease gun on the fitting because the clutch cover makes the space too tight. Looks like I will have to take off the clutch cover to get the gun on the zerk fitting.

It should fit. Some are aggrivating. If not, you can get those adaptors or whatever you call them at a parts store that will attach to the end of the grease gun. I have one that is needle design. You simply just push the end into the ball area of the grease fitting. Works great in tight areas.

Looks like its off to the part store to get that adapter and a new zerk fitting. I guess the old one must not have been on tight and loosened even more when I was trying to grease it. My kids then stole the cart in between me trying to figure it out and the zerk fitting just fell out god knows where.
