Default Can you use Seafoam in the G1

I was told to use seafoam in my G1 to help clean out the gunk in the carbrator. Can you use seafoam in these g1 carts?

I don't see why not? You generally will get best results by removing the carburetor and disassembling to clean it out, but if you don't feel comfortable with carbs it is a good idea to try a fuel additive cleaner first due to its ease. Just remember to mix for small fuel quantities as fuel cleaner additives are bottled in sizes for car and truck gas tanks (10-30 gallons).

That stuff works great I use it in everything I always try it before taking the carb off and cleaning it works for me 70% of the time as long as the carb is not too bad.

If you used Seafoam at say every 3 to 4 months especially in a G1 would it also help eliminate the build up inside the mufflers? My 82 G1 the fellow I got it from used Seafoam in it at these intervals and it runs great, plenty of power it will even pull my van around in the yard.
