Default Yet another governer bypass question

Sorry but I didnt want to hijack someone elses thread. Can anyone elaborate more on how to adjust the peddle to allow wide open throttle. I bypassed the governor and dont have enough cable travel to go w.o.t.AND fully close. I was just going to cut off the peddle "stop" that hits the floorboard but just read something about taking the peddle off and moving it somehow to create more travel. Its a 91 g8 if it matters. Thanks all

Back when I did it, I cut the peddle stop off as you mentioned.

If you dont want to cut the stop off you can just simply loosen the nut on the pedal that connects it to the shaft. Slide the pedal off and rotate it one slot towards the seat.
