I never got it done by plowmans. . .but looking at their pictures on the net I did notice Some things in the pic's and I just did my own airbox mod, which worked great I might add. . .I will see if I can come up with some pic's of what I did

Here is stock:

Here is what I ended up doing to it:

Here is stock, I cut out the part that is white in the pic, and that is one of the things I saw on the Plowmans site

Here is what It looked like after:

Here is stock, and once again the white part is what I cut out:

After the cut:

I went over a;; the edges after and smoothed them out and made sure no plastic would go into my carb/engine

Hope this helps, after this i deff needed a bigger jet, and the performance airfilter

turnagainhardcore, did you post your picture once before? I saw this and duplicated it, except I was concerned that I may end up with intake leak where the air box meets intake tube. So I made my own gasket to go between. This seemed to work good except I didn't want to spend $70 on K&N. Thats when I switched to pod filter. Thanks for info and especially sharing pictures.

Thanks turnagainhardcore I Need to do mine sometime soon I am just waiting for the parts to come in from plowmans , he told me to call him He would explain over the phone How to do it. But I was sure someone here already did it..

as far as using a pod filter damndummy they are ok if you are not running your cart on a campground I hate the noise that come out of them ,I have tried one before

Thanks guys, I just looked at it for about 2 hours trying to figure out what would make the system more efficient and thats what I came up with, I was thinking of even taking out the ribbs. .. but then I thought that the difference that would make would be not very noticable.
Yes I did post these b4, just reposted instead of finding the link, glad to see it helped someone, I will be doing something similar to your exaust mod soon too, thnx for those pic's

The cart onthe wall has a twisted chassis, but we never knew that for a LONG time and we couln't figure out why every motor was slower on that chassis.
So I guess one thing is make sure the frame is true, it will make a huge difference
Are there clubs in your area, that would be the best source of knowledge.

I agree on that

I didn’t like the way my G14 would perform

I couldn’t get any speed out of it

So I went out & bought a G22: & sold the G14 Big difference engine wise
