Default G11 Help!!!

I'm rebuilding a friends G11 engine and I'm having some trouble finding a 50mm over piston/ring set. I have ordered one from ECC, but it was not the correct size and the top ring was too thick for the top ring land.
Does anyone have any specifications for theis engine? or a PDF repair manual?
Or has an idea of where I can purchase the correct parts?

Thanks for any help...

Mike, Your G11 could have had a J38 block or even a JN3 block. JN3's built like 1 and 1/2 years and had a larger bore than J38's. They also used a diffeant head gasket. Yamaha rings usually have an "R" on the copression rings for installation (R up). Sorry can't send the manual. Got a serial# for the cart or any numbers off the engine? Later Dave

I'll try and get the block info tonight or Sunday when I return home. It's a 1996 G11 and the piston is already 50mm over bore; it measures 2.970" or 75.438mm. Does this help?

The engine was smoking and I found the oil ring had lost it's tention, possibly from heat.
