Default Where to buy Tackometer?

Hi everyone I pre-mix my oil and gas on both my G1's and the 81 model I run it all out almost constantly. Well the arm broke clear off the governor recently and now I am running it without the govenor. Throttle connected directly to the carb. Well at first it wasn't running the best but after a few adjustments with the cable now it moves out. My concern is I have heard of putting a tack on these carts, but where do you get one for a single cylinder 2 stroke?
Thanks.

Calvin,
I bought a tiny tach for a twin. Just be aware that some of the small electronic ones show the rpm in 2 second intervals and don't show the ramp up like an analog. I like to see it run up the rpm, mine says 3000, 3250, 3500. It works fine, I thought it was real time and it's actually delayed a second or two. Be sure you get the one you want.

Thanks Tony I sure appreciate your help. I guess I should buy one my governor is unhooked and I really run my one G1 out really hard. I have read that if you fill up a G1 with gas it will usually last a camps season, well not true on mine. I have filled it up 4 times so far this summer that is how much I run it and usually floored hahaha so I guess I should buy a tach before I blow it up.

I bought the Equus tach from CPP and never could get it to work. Bought a "Vapor" from www.trailtech.net. It has speedometer/tach/engine temp(if you want that, you'll need a extention thats extra)/clock/run time/ ect ect ect. At 129.00 pretty expensive. Cant say for shure the speedo and tach are extremly acurate, but I like it. It's worth a look. Later Dave

Thanks Dave I'll take a look at it for sure, like I told Tony I run the heck out of my one G1 usually 10 to 13 miles a day up and down banks over swamps and even mashed a few small trees over with it and it just keeps on a going.

Calvin, you don't need a golf car.....You need a "TANK"!

ahhahaaaaa I know what you mean Dave, I did manage to get a cell phone and have used it twice so far to be towed home ahha first time the governor arm broke clear off, the second time (after brazing it back on) it snapped off again, so now I am running straight to the carb. I figured you can hold the trigger wide open all day long on a chain saw so why not this hahaa.
