Start of my G2 project
After making room in the garage,I put the cart up on block's.Before I teardown,I have a friend of a friend coming by next week to get my motor dialed in.I prchased the cart with an Arctic Cat 440cc motor. It need's some attention. As soon as I know the motor is good I will do a full teardown and get this thing going.
Let the FUN begin,,,,,,,, |

Re: Start of my G2 project
There stock yamaha rhino tire's and wheel's.I got an awsome deal on them I couldn't pass up.I'm most likely going to sell them or trade for one's I can actually use.

Re: Start of my G2 project
Ya,I know. I priced some 12" rim's today and I'm looking at about $40 per rim.I'm going to look a little more and see if I can get a better deal on some.I only paid $100. for the tire's and rim's,they may only have about 5 mile's
on-em.I still think I got a great deal.I should be able to sell the rim's and get some of my $$$ back too. |

Re: Start of my G2 project
Here's a step in the right direction I hope.
Peice by peice.. Mock up.. I still want to box in the tube's and weld a couple of gusset's for extra strength..... . I gained about 4+ on lift and an inch and 1/2 forward.I kinda wish I would have made it a little wider but I still got an inch out of it.. |

Re: Start of my G2 project
Ok, I made a little headway today. It now look's like the real work begin's..
I'm allmost ready to sandblast the frame and get it ready for some modification's... Here's some seat bottom's I came across and the local wrecking yard,I'll see what I can do with them. And my new rim's came in.. |
