Default Quick Question

When my Driven clutch broke the shaft, it bent the dust cover pretty bad and is now causing it to be out of balance (if I take the cover off the noise goes away) and I am wanting to know if it is possible to bend the cover back or should I try to find a used cover.

Well when i get the money thats what I am getting. Just trying to squeeze every bit of life until then. I'm picking up an old ( '84 clubcar) cart and ill fix it up and sell it then ill use the extra money to get the 94C or even a big block I tried to bend it back but no luck so I will try again tomorrow. So if anybody has a dust cover that they dont have a use for I will buy it, I dont care about looks just as long as it doesn't rattle the heck out of you then you take off

i would try to beat it back in shape first before i would go right out and buy a whole new clutch. you may be able to find a used cover on ebay

Ill try to find one on eBay, I am not just ordering the entire just the dust cover. This was a fleet cart and man... you should have seen the grease slop out. It was horribly over greased.

When almost a pound of grease came out, I think its over greased They said they greased it 10 pumps a month. Every month. Since 2000.
