Yamaha G1
When I turn the key to reverse the buzzer works as sooon as i hit the gas pedal everything dies, could this be a solenoid problem?

Does it run in forward? If not then check battery posts and any ground cable to engine/etc. Also check fuses and connectors. If it does run in forward you can swap the wires on the solenoids and see if it does it forward, I forget exactly what to swap I'd guess it is posted here some place if not obvious looking at it.

I'll check the battery posts and groung cables asap, fuses are all good.It does not run in forward either.Thanks for the help, and I will keep you posted.

Thanks for the help, I replaced the negative wire and it starts right up. Thanks again
