Default Looking for lift kit suggestions

I have a G16 cart that is used to drive around the neighborhood only. Does anyone have a recommendation on a lift kit?

I just put a Jakes 6" single A arm on mine. Very happy with the results. Fit and finish is very good, and the ride is much improved over stock. It's the only lift I have experience with, so maybe more people will chime in to help. If you read this forum extensively,(old posts) you can make up your own mind what you need.

I would recommend the Jake's also, very high quality and that's what you want holding your cart up. Jake's has good combo deals on lift and tires/wheels too.

Thanks for the suggestions

I will take a look at the site sponsors, but do you have any recommendations of who to buy it from?

Spindle lifts basically only give you more clearance, since they still use the factory suspension. The Jake's pictured above is good kit and there is also the All Sports kit for your cart, p/n ASM-Y469.

They are nice lifts but I've seen some other nice ones, and a lot of cheezy ones. I like the long travel lift with the shocks, bit in reality if you are just putting around you don't need a fancy lift just the height to fit the size tires you want. I'd recommend 22" tires minimum, and atv rated tires (typ 3 ply or more). But same thing you will not have to worry about punctures with 2 ply tires if you are in a campground and not offroading it.

How is this lift kit for a neighborhood cart? The main use of the cart is to take the kids to school.
