Carb Adjustment on G16
I had trash in my carb and cleaned the entire fuel system. When I put the carb back together it put the mixture screw out 1 1/2 turns. The engine seems to stumble when I start out. Could this be the mixture?
I also put on Jakes lift kit. |

Re: Carb Adjustment on G16
You can "pry" off the "limiter cap" on the pilot adjustment screw. Try it at 2 to 2 1/4 and see what happens.

I will try when it stops raining...
I am thinking about getting Plowmans filter and jet kit. Has anybody used these? Any difference? |

Re: Carb Adjustment on G16
I have read, you need the muffler also to complete whole system. Motor needs to be able to pump more air in and out to make more power.
