Jester, I'm gona try to do this so here goes. My cell #602 697 1556 for any questions you might have.Your measurements may differ slightly, My outside to outside measure (width) was my front seat frame rail measurment. My back seat rail hi. measurement was supose to be a couple " higher but you'll never get me to admit it because, the height came out as high as the height, of the front seat rail so... mums the word.
Your back bumper may alter things because I used 1x3" rectangular steel tube. and I didn't want a long rear step out the back so I cut that back to 9 1/2".
I think the best part of this design is, it is one piece, and it is very stiff and rigid on the car. Gosh, I feel like "Smallblock", this is an SA! The bottom cushion was supose to only have 1" high foam, but the uphosterer talked me into 2" thick. I should have stuck to my preferences there,(I don't care how comfy the people in the back are) it won't be me!
The seat backs should be straight up and not at an angle because that couple " slides the weight of the ocupants back another 2", and that takes more weight off the front wheels,(a concern when 2 adults are back there). Hope you can understand all this!
I used expanded metal cause it is light and water/snow goes through it (not carry it around). Don't forget a trailer hitch, on the back to act as a tie down for on the trailer. I welded a hoop on the bottom of it to put a tow strap through for towing EZGO's (haha). I put tie downs on the front also, so I don't have to get under it to tie the front onto a trailer either.
Good luck Mike

Jester, I used 1" square- 1 1/2" angle- and 1" angle for the flip over seat frame.
