train horns
Anyone put train horns on their cart?
I have a gas g14, I had a $70 setup from hornblasters that sounded good but I got some mud in the horns and they broke. Does anyone know of a horn that can hold up against a lil mud/water? |

Re: train horns
Haven't put any on my cart, but I do have a HornBlasters set on my pickup. It is the four horn set (I think it was around $300). I live on the coast by saltwater and do a little mudding from time to time. The plastic horns that came in the set I got have worked great for over 2 years now. I think you can buy them individually if you arleady have the compressor, etc.

Re: train horns
I was on the Hornblasters site last week and saw horn covers for 14.99ea. It looks like they are vented for use all the time. Might be a good investment if you like mud.

Re: train horns
My nephew got his off ebay. Its an authentic train horn. Has 4 or 5 horns on it. I know it would probably break glass if close enough. Has one heck of an air pump that feeds it. I think he gave around $100 for his.

Re: train horns
I'd love some for when I have to pass someone on the right side while they are holding up the fast lane, texting! Just to scare the liver out of em. They really deserve it.

Re: train horns
It's illegal to txt and drive here. Don't think its working though. Can't stand people in the hammer lane doing 10 miles under speed limit and weaving back and forth txting. Dangerous!
