Which lift kit should I buy
I'm ready to purchase my lift, I want atleast a 6" tire/wheel combo. I've noticed the kits our sponsors sell, but was wondering which kit was the best value/quality based on your personal experience. I want a kit that will also move my rear tires back, will allow me to fit my 20" tall v twin, and give me plenty of travel offroad. HELP this money is burning a hole in my pocket!
I would also like to only spend $600.00 Thanks |

Jakes A-arm, you won't be disappointed......If you can get more than 6" for your model for the 600.00, do it.

Which Yamaha do you have?
What V twin are you putting in the cart? I don't think there is a kit that will move rear tires back. You will have to fab something up for that and you will not have a lot of room to go backwards with axle. Jakes 6" A-arm will probably be best. |

Tripp28,
I too was in the same position you are not long ago. With the help and opinions of the guys on BGW, I opted to purchase the Jakes lift. Dont regret it at all. Very high quality, nice to work with. Very happy. I wouldnt hesitate to buy another one. |

Sorry to hijack, but how are you mating a clutch to your generator engine, with its tapered crankshaft?
