Default G16 - Clip from Cable to Carb

Does anybody know the name/# of the little E or C Clip that connects the top of the Carb to the cable? I dropped mine when I had the carb off of the cart, and now I'm having a hell of a time finding it. Thanks!

Problem is it isn't in any of these diagrams. So, once you lay the accelerator and choke cables into the holders *(#4 on this diagram), there is a little clip that locks the cable into place....

Try a lawn mower shop for a cable retainer.

In the parts lists, it's under the "intake" section. Part #7- Yamaha part # 99001-07600-00 its called a circlip, I call them "razzle frazzel" or worse, because I loose them all the time! If no dealer local, go to a good hardware store and look for "circlips/E-clips" in the fastener section. Should be a 7mm clip. I've seen cars run fine without the clip. One "fumble finger" guy to the next... Good luck Dave
