G16A Stock to Mod, Complete Rebuild
Everyone,
I have been working on this cart for weeks and Im just now getting to put it out there for everyone to see. Hope you like! Day purchased in the back of my truck, one month ago. The dis-assembly began in a cold barn with the wind and blowing snow freezing me to death... |

I took the body to Sweitzers in Ohio for paint, amazing job.. He did a Chevy Orange candy with ghost flames.
Just down the road from Sweitzers is XTInnovations where I went and picked up my front seat. |

Next was the clutch spring, header, and air intake from Jakes. Picked the cart up from the barn and brought it to the house for a bit warmer conditions.
Now, waiting on Jets for carb so she runs a bit better with all the air. |

Re: G16A Stock to Mod, Complete Rebuild
Next, I replaced the springs on the rear for the future rear seat. I used a hydraulic press to press the springs down and removed the retainer. I did the opposite of that to install the new Jakes heavy duty springs.
One mistake was bolting them back in before installing the lift. Had to remove them once I started on the lift. |

Now for the front dis-assembly and rebuild. Everything came apart easy and the Jakes lift went in easier even.
