I have not seen that before on any ITP products. They have a stellar reputation as far as I know. I suspect they will make it right.

they are 11 months old

the cart was in storage all winter , the rims have never seen snow

they must be a bad batch

What kind of running conditions were these exposed to? Lost of salt??

I live in canada there is no salt here unless you would drive it on the streets in the winter time

they where ok when I put the cart in storage in Octobre
it was in a garage not heated all winter long

they never even seen snow , there is too mutch here to try to drive a golf cart in the winter
