Default Skweeky windshield fixes???

Anyone found a solution for a skweeky windshield?

I have a G22 and my windshield drives me nutts when I'm riding around. I'm thinking about bolting it down unless there is a easy fix.

What have you guys done?

Chop,

Your gonna get a bunch of answers here.
My solution was neoprene well nuts in the frame with neoprene backed washers on 10-24 screws for the bottom (4 total) and the well nuts with the washers on thumb screws for the top part (2 total). Worked like a charm

A bunch of answers are good! Although I probably will end up bolting it down.

I was thinking 1/4-20 bolts. 7 across the bottom part and 2 for the top that can be hand tightened so it will be easy to fold down. Only hard part is finding something 1/4-20 thread that looks good and can be tightened and removed by hand.

I'm tellin ya Chop, simple and easy. I should mention I used 1/4-20 thumb srews for the top like the pic. You can find all the parts at McMaster-Carr. You may need to buy a package qty that will be more than you need.

I don't like drilling holes in parts, so I got a clear vinyl windshield that velcros on. I can remove it when I like (off roading) and put it on for rain etc. I can put it on or off in less than a minute. since this picture was taken, I sewed an apron across the bottom so it comes down to the body. It was about $35.00. I roll it up and keep it under the back seat. Sorry, best picture I have, it's not on very often...cars faster without it!!

I purchased the Jakes windshield and the brackets were so tight that I didnt bolt anything down. I did have a little skweek so I used silicone spray with Teflon. I put it on every part that touched anything else, especially the hinge portion of the windshield. It takes very little and NO SKWEEK!
