only thing i can think of is the belt may be stretched and it climbed the top of the rear pulley and jumped off

Pulley misalignment can cause this. Maybe a broken motor mount? Engine torque cable too loose/ broken/ missing?

I welded the front mounts and the belt has less than 20 miles on it. Should I buy new mounts all the way around? The belt did seem kinda loose , but I thought that might be normal.

I think I have it all figured out . Sabercat , I posted a pic of the belt off. I don`t know what other pic you are wanting. I am going to put it all back together tomorrow with pucks and the belt from my other cart and then make sure the belt is not to loose to begin with .
