how to take comet clutch apart ?

I am having a hard time trying to figure out how to dissasemble my comet clutch. I am going to try to change the weigts out of my parts cart clutch . They are both comet clutches.

you can start by taking the inspection cover off, 3 slotted screws, that will let you see the weights and stuff.
