Default G16 Pushrod ? Please Help

Newbie Here,

I purchased a 1999 Yamaha Golf Cart with a bad motor. Since then I have bored the block installed a new crank, rod, piston and pin. My question is the pushrods. During installation I noticed one end of the pushrods with a hole and the other end blocked off. Is this normal? I am use to both sides having an opening to oil the top end. Should I have any concerns with the lifters?

Any and all help is appreciated.

Great site, keep up the good work.

Darrell
