Hey guys and gals... I'll be getting married on Oct 2nd! Any hints, tips or advice for me? I'm going to have to hunker down and make what I can out of it for the rest of my natural life!!!

Re: Getting hitched...
If she complains about you squeezing the toothpaste in the middle, go to the store and buy two tubes and say here is your own tube....see how easy that was to work out? Because you really do need to work as a team then its the best.

Re: Getting hitched...
I was "marred" to the first wife for 19 years. Now, I'm "married" to a good one and we're celebrating our 10th in Sept. 2010. (yes, in a few days)
Good luck with yours. Hope you get the right one the first time around. |

Run Forest Run! Keep your Moma don't know money in a sock! And say yes deer They tend to try and change you. Set the rules in the up front. It can be a good thing, but sometimes it can go bad...... be prepared.

Re: Getting hitched...
Let her experience what you do when you have to repair, build, or modify something. Today my wife helped me sand the body for our G16. After that two things hopefully occured. 1. she hasa a much better ubderstanding of how long these small jobs take. 2. She hopefully will think twice when dreaming up all kinds of custom work that in her mind can be done in a weekend (paint/body, engine mods, seat install)
It will definitely help if she knows what you're doing.... |
