Default Jakes VS All Sports Mfg. Lift kit

Looking at some lift kits. Both the All Sports and Jakes look good. However the All Sports is a double A arm set up where the Jakes is a single. The All Sports also lifts higher.
While I see comments about the Jakes what of the All Sports?
Strength, durability, turning radius? Any and all comments.

The double a arm is a superior design.

The Jakes are a high quality lift, most reports say they fit the cart easily and work great. The double arm should have better travel and alignment/etc, however you really need a lift that uses/can use different shocks to realize that. There are some posts on the All sports lifts and they said they worked good. If its the same as the one I read about, the guy liked it because it kept the cart near the same width and had higher travel, so it fit in his truck. Some high travel lifts widen and lengthen the cart though it can give more stability.

I just installed the Allsports kit on my G2 yesterday. Its a straight forward install which is nice because the installation instructions are lack-luster at best just throw them away and use common sense. I'm very happy with the lift but keep in mind that anytime you lift a vehicle and put bigger tires on it, it will not turn as sharp as when it was stock. As for the allsports durability.... I haven't jump it yet so I don't know (:
good luck.....

22's, along with the 7" lift it should be a total of 9" higher than stock.

I'm sportin' 26 inch tires with my double a-arm Jakes lift, had a few issues at first but all is well now. From our concrete driveway to the top of my floorboard is 24" !! Don't think you'll fit 26's under an All Sports lift....jus sayin'.

I was told that if I used 23's on the G2 I may have to trim the rear fenders

Looks nice! Sure has more clearance to the rear mudflap than mine, unless the tires are smaller. I had to chop of my rocker at the rear too.
