Building my G8 for a 4 person transported while at motorcycle races and such. Got 22" tires and a 6" lift. I put on the Jakes spring, was thinking about trying the shorter belt. Anyone have experience with it, and even better, a part number???? Thanks.......

You can go with a shorter belt (I don't have a part number) but it will definitely take away from the top end 'considerably'. The spring/spacer torque kit is the best bet for torque and should pull what you need.

Make sure the front tensioner on the engine is tight
I pull 4 people on my cart & tow other carts uphill without a problem the white spring would probably work best for you I removed it & used plowman yellow spring better top end a bit less torque Plowman also have there own belt a bit wider & stronger |
