I don't know if anyone makes any? Some of the other cart flares can be made to work in particular if you trim the openings. You can get universal flare strip from jc whitney, TheNewGuy did his G9 with it.

I can't say, maybe search posts here for flares or estimate size. It depends on how much you cut the openings.
