Default G16 rear end lub

hey guys i just got done with my big block build in my yamaha g16 and i noticed that rear end was dripping fluids and it was coming out of the drain tube if thats what it is called, does the fluid come out of that because i put to much fluid in it ?

and it comes out thick/runny and most of the fluid looks like bacon grease when cooled down lol
