Default Yamaha or EZGO ????

Pros and cons. I'm going to post this here and in EZGO section.I have an 88 ezgo now, but going to upgrade. I have a 91 G8 yamaha and a 96 tuff1 ezgo. I'm wanting one for mainly hunting and light off road, Whish one would be the best, The other one will just be for a backup or a yard toy.(I have 10 acres). The Yamaha seems like it would be better for off road use with the independent front end and the semi independent 3 point rear end.the EZGO will get a repower as there is only half an engine in it. The yamaha will stay fairly stock with just a couple power improvers.
So what do you guys think???

My Uncle in TN used to own a Yamaha and he has 81 acres, he was using it for mainly hunting and hauling things. But he has recently purchased a Tomberlin Vanish 4x4 LSV and he loves it! You can check out more info at tomberlin.net hope this helps

YAMAHA for off road they come already set up front and rear coil over shocks. and on the G8 already has a 3 link set up before you even start. Yamaha all the way. also the stock motors are strong i would make the Ezgo the yard beater...

I have both brands. The YDR family is good. But I still like my 350cc workhorse.

Thanks Manny I love my 88 ezgo and has yet to fail me even in the cold. Still starts great at 10 degrees. My Tuff one will be getting an engine swap, because all thats in it is a long block. Most likely a big clone of some kind, however I do have a 500 ninja engine sitting here.

Both brands are good, I prefer Yamaha for the same reasons GP stated.
