Default Can The Micro Switch Short Out?

Cleaned It Up Yesterday, Got Ready To Take It Out, Was Running Fine! Then,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,no Click At The Gas Pedal. I Check It, Found One Of The Fuses Under The Seat,( Drivers Side) Blown. Replace Fuse, It Fires Right Up, Take Off And Go Down To Neighbors House. Have Adult Beverage. Get Ready To Leave, No Click. Check Fuse. Replace Fuse. No Click. Pull Home With Four Wheeler. I Have Checked Every Stinkin Wire Known To Man On This Thing And Can't Find One Nicked, Or Grounded Anywhere. Any Suggestions? While I'm At It. I Did Notice A Couple Of Threads Where Guys Have Had To Run The Choke Wide Open To Get Their Cart To Run. Mine Too. I Have Had The Carb Off, And Cleaned Every Nook, Cranny, And Jet. Still Have To Run It With The Choke. Recommend Getting A Welding Tip Cleaning Set And Rodding It Out? I'm Gonna Put On An Open Element Air Filter This Week. I Know, More Air, More Fuel. Once Again, Any Suggestions?

Hey wooba I would check the ground cable where it attaches to the frame.
on the carb issue are your bowl vents plug here in Arizona we have mud
dobbers and they like to build there nest in these small hoses this traps
air in the float bowl not allowing gas in!!!

I had the pump apart last weekend, cleaned it and put it back together. It was actually pretty clean to start with, no deep cleaning needed. As far as vacuum leaks, I will check that too.
Thanks Again

Yeah, I Found It. The Kids Were Driving It, And Mysteriously It Just Quit Running. I Got To Looking Around And Found They Had High Centered It And Pinched A Wire That Runs To The Micro Switch. Made Repair, And Am Back On The Trail Again.
