G2A J38 counterbalance clocking
I just replaced a spun rod bearing and was wondering if anyone could confirm the counter balance alinement mark for me

I know where your comeing from. The mark on the crank and cam are easy "markings". The mark on the crank for the balancer is so bad we do it buy experiance. Here we go.... When you have your cam alighned with the crank....You will need to "back off" the crank to install the balancer. When balancer installed rotate the crank back to the cam alignment marks. You should find the cam-crank-balacer marks make a "V". You may need to back off the crank and reset the balancer buy a tooth (or two) and repeat. I'm going to try to attatch a picture.
