Default Lock up rear end G16

I am trying to figure out my locked up rear end. If I have the engine on I can run in forward and reverse but as soon as I stop power with the gas the rear stops. Is this the rear end or is the brakes locked up

If it is the brakes is there a way to disengage the brakes to test.

Jack up the rear of the cart. In neutral, you should be able to turn the rear wheels by hand.

Let this be a warning for all you people that go out and play excessively in Captain Morgan I meant to say mud. it can get compacted in the drums and cause it to lock the rear end up. Soooo let this be a lesson to you all.

What am I saying I cant wait till the weekend
