Question Amber Light (Factory Light Kit)

I have a factory light kit on my Yamaha G-16, The side amber (signal light)
is out, it appears to be in a sealed plastic lens, how do I change this bulb

Remove the light assy from the cart. I think the bulbs are replaces from the back.

I poped it out, as I metioned its sealed
dont appear to be a regular style bulb

Sometimes light assemblies like this one have a bulb mount that twists to release. Is there a seperate piece or a small boot where the wires go in to the light assembly? Pictures may help us help you figure it out!

Pictures are attached.

Looks like bulb is in with glue, I had to trim edge to open lens

This is a popular pair of factory lights, hope someone has the
answer - plus I broke off the ground trying to remove it

Could they make this ANY CHEAPER? I bet all the exposed metal is corroding already.....

I would consider replacing them with something you can service. Light bulbs do not last forever. Another option would be to modify the existing lights. If you can find a set of small rubber boots that hold the push in style signal lamp bulbs, that light assembly could be drilled to accomodate them. I have a few of these in my garage that i pulled from a wrecking yard years ago. This would enable you to retain these light housings if you like the style.
