Default G16 cutting out HELP ME !

Finally got the cart put back together and it runs good up to about 20mph then starts to miss/cut out when I throttle above that. It has new hoses, fuel pump, carburetor. I rerouted the throttle straight from the pedal to the carb so no gov.
It seemed to be not getting enough air at first so I hole sawed a few more holes in front of the filter.

This may be your problem. Too much air. Yamaha's are very sensitive to air leaks. Make sure the air box is completely factory sealed, check the spacer going from carb to intake, etc.... If there is any leak what so ever it will and can cause the cart to fall off especially the harder you push it.
