Need to see what you've done for ventilation so far. Good question though, what's the best way to cool down a Big bore motor in a cart/car?

I installed one of those 4" inline blower fans like in a boat. Wally world has them and the flex hose (dryer vent hose)

fan cooled or free air? the 4" wal mart fan idea would be good for a free air engine, if it is fan cooled you should only have to duct fresh air to the intake

If we could see what you're working with for space it would be easier to make suggestions. After all, I could just tell you to skeletonize the body so that the heat escapes while cool air surrounds the motor. Not exactly practical, but probably something that could be accomplished.

If we assume that you want the lowest impact on the body of the cart to keep it semi stock then we have to be able to suggest reasonable solutions that will keep the body intact.
