What type of soleniod? How do you get it to stop? Will it stop if you unplug the pedal switch? Will it stop if you remove one of the small wires from solenoid? Tell us what you have done so far.

Was it working ok, then this happened "all of a sudden"?? You should go to the sticky at the top on wiring and look up and make a copy of your wiring diagram. Very easy to do and sounds like you will be needing it. After you have the wiring, give us some more information as to how you got to where you are now so we can provide you with some meaningful answers and help.

I bought the cart not running and it was in a shed for 6 years. The owner said it ran fine when it was parked. When I turn the key and press the gas I have power at all the R/W wires and let off the gas pedal and lose power at those locations. Thanks

golf cart newbe -- There is no reason to start another thread on this problem, you have four threads on the same problem, and it makes it hard to help you, because to many answers in to many threads, if you go back and read your threads your question may have been answered
