Need G16 rear
How available is a rear for a Yamaha G16 gas? I have someone selling a cart but the input shaft is broken and I’m trying to get an idea on the cost to repair it to determine if I want to fool with this one or keep shopping. Thanks

Thanks, I did a little searching and did not see any thing. Are there any cart junk yards around?

They will come up on ebay every once is a while. Also you can probably just buy the shaft and replace that.

Re: Need G16 rear
Didn't reply before, because I didn't want to "SHOCK" you guy's. Since Yamaha doesn't use Dana transaxles any more, parts and complete transaxles have at least tripled in price I have several cars, that if we changed the input shaft we could refurbish and sell, but at what cost? The input shaft part#jn3-g6320-01-00 has a suggested retail price of $673.27, if you could find one at that price on line. Didn't mean to put a damper on your project, It's a bad situation for all Yamaha owners with a Dana transaxle. Keep those secondary sliding sheave bushings grease or replaced!
