I still visit once in a while. Just been extremely busy with work and the kids. My local machine shop has now closed but I can explain how to make the Posi unit. Feel free to PM me you need more detail than I described in earlier posts.

More pics of spool.... Once you take it apart you machine the spider gears off the axle spline collars.

A 1/4 inch thick round tube is machine to fit and welded to each axle spline collar

Once this is a tight machine fit into the carrier, you drill a hole to mate up with the pin in the carrier

Pic of the assembly pinned into the carrier... Whola!! A locker spool for you g2/9. It is strong!!! As I shown earlier, I snapped an axle with my 48 horsepower genny.
