Default lower the swing arm on a g1

I have a 84 g1 I would like lower and move back the rear swing arm the thing is the drive side brake cable will be to short, maybe by 1 or 2 inches. Is there a longer brake cable I can get and a part # would be great. Thank you

I don't know what they use, someone has to chime in here. Can you make a bracket to extend the cable end?

How far back are you wanting to move the swingarm? I also have been considering this. If you are just wanting to re-center the axle into the wheel opening on the body then you shouldn't have to extend the cable. Just dropping the swingarm by a few inches will level it out, which in turn will move it back to it's original position, or very close. This shouldn't require the cable to be lengthened. You may have to relocate or reposition some mounting tabs, but that shouldn't be too difficult.

Order a cable for the passenger side, should be longer than the drivers side.

Would that make the passanger side cable short also? Might be easier to move the forward cable braket back 3 or 4 inches and lengthen the threaded brake rod to the equalizer, just a thought.

I dropped mine 4" and back 2" and changed the drivers side to a new pass. side cable. Rerouted the pass. side cable between rear axle and motor. Did not have to change cable mount but I did have to adjust the brakes.
