Default G2 top end not oiling

Have a G2 that is not getting enought oil on the valve train. How does it get oil to the top end? This is the only G2 I have found like this.

To get oil to the top end, several things have to work togeather. The oil slinger on the rod must be good. The hose's/steel tube (at the back of the cylinder going up to the valve cover) must be good. The "check valve" (on the passangerside of the valve cover) has to work also (you should be able to blow in one direction, but it will close if suction is used). These things will allow oil to be slinged up the tube and as crankcase preasure moves the oil up the tube, the check valve will keep the oil from draining back down the oiler tube ( kind of like a later), oil moves up (check valve holds it in place till the next cycle). Hope that helps alittle.

Might be a good time to replace all the vaccuum hoses that the check valve is attached to as well.

If it were me, I would replace all vaccuum, oil and fuel hoses on the car.

is it the same method for a G9? any pictures would be great. my G9 doesn't appear to be getting any oil to the valve train.

thanks!

QB100 here is a picture of the hose coming up the back of the engine that might be plugged on your cart. It hooks to the valve cover.
