cart runs ok then won't move.
My 97 G16 petrol will run well playing the first 5/6 golf holes but then it begins to miss until it won't move. When placing foot down on the accelerator the motor runs and the belts turn but it won't move. Waiting a while it will run again but not for long when the same thing happens again. Is this fuel or spark.

Re: cart runs ok then won't move.
Sounds like the cart may be overheating-there are aluminum fins around the outside of the piston; in 15 years, a lot of crud can get in there. If it has, clean it out with a screw driver. If it's been overheating, change the oil as it's probably been overheated too. I'd use Mobil 1 10-30 synthetic.
Hope this helps-good luck! |
