Default g2a cuts out at 19 mph

got my cart up and running beautiful..but some questions remain..I did the governer bypass..throttle shuts all the way when the gas pedal is released..once in awhile..when hot..it backfires...only once in awhile....ALSO...does a g2 have a cut off switch? when i hit 19 mph the cart shuts off...if i lift up the pedal it fires right back up..when it shuts off..its immediate! when it drops to 18 it fires again and keeps going as smooth as can be...any clues??? thanks for all replies in advace!!

G2's have a rpm. limiter built into the ignition box.

I picked up a G2A recently and I am working on finishing gathering some parts to get it running (it was laying around in a slavage yard). I picked up a G9 ignitor off another member on here which once wired in it won't put a limit on the engine RPM. The G9A ignitor wiring is a tad different than the G2A wiring, so I'm just going to look at the wiring diagrams for both units to see how I can wire this thing up to work. Shouldn't be much to it :)

It should help that you got the plug-in with it to help with the wiring.

Carb not closing all the way. Just adjust so carb closes all the way.
