Default I'm In

Hello, I did it, bought a 90 G8 yesterday and think I did all right. It is in real good shape mech. And body wise except for a peeling metal flake paint job, the paint can wait till winter. I am going to fab up a seat-tool bed on the back and wonder CAN I JIG UP AND WELD ON THE CART WITH OUT FRYING THE ELECTRONICS. Thanks for any help.

I would just disconnect the battery and weld away.

Thanks New Guy, thats what I thought but didn't know for sure. I am starting on the seat tomorrow and then if I can't find a top and windshield I have some ideas to work on. Tops not important but my wife wants a wind shield. I told her the wind in her hair made her look younger but that flew like a lead plate battery.
