Re: Sun Classic Club?
Jonjem-I just drove to Phonix, Ar. from Spokane, Wa to pick up my G5a. "Owned by a little old lady that only used it twice---to axphixiate her first 2 husbands!!" Well worth the 2900 miles round trip. Paid $2,600 and had looked for years for a G5. Resting up now but will change all fluids and then decide if I want to change to a V-twin 18 Vanguard.DSC00043.JPG

Re: Sun Classic Club?
It is really choice-No dings and a lot of upgrades. I forgot to mention that after the deal was made the owner handed me $200. And said he wanted to help out with the gas money!! He knew very little about carts and got this one through an estate. It doesn't look as though it has ever been on a golf course and licensed (with handicap plate) for Arizona. Can't license here in WA. due to it's being gas. Cities afre designating "Golf cart zones" to allow for street use on under 35MPH streets. Good luck on the '95.

Re: Sun Classic Club?
Seen a 85 Sun Classic posted in my local Craigslist for $2200. Neat little cart. Didn't know if anyone might be interested.

Re: Sun Classic Club?
The 85 Sun Classic would be the "G3" and if gas the primary difference with the G5 is the G3 was a 2-cycle engine. G5 came out in '90 with 4cycle gas or electric. I am not all that excited about the 2-cycles but many owners think they are great (with automatic oil mix). Any Sun Classic is now bringing pretty good value if not beat up. The $2,200 amount is not too far off the average cost for average condition in the Northwest. The cheapest one I saw was $1,900 for a G3 and was a high use rig. I saw one better than the one I got , it was a 92 G5 in cherry shape with asking price of $4,900.
