Default g2 clutch issue

i have just bought a g2 with alot of issues i have most of them fixed but this clutch one remains i put all new clutch ramps the white ones on the helix inspected the inner sheeve all looks good and reinstalled the spring put new bushings in the primary clutch and also inspected wights ect all checked out but for some reason this thing will not shift out all the way goes about 3/4 the way up the primary its like something is binding i also put a new motor tensioner in well made my own out of a bolt with no better results would aprtiate some input thanks

i should have also mentioned this thing revs to the moon while doing 15 mph and still no shift out ill check the primary again but there arent any broken wights

Do you have the spacer in, on the secondary, instead of the circlip? Could have slipped back. Grease in both clutches? Broken motor mounts?

think i got it figured out the belt was so worn it would pick it up all the way put a new belt on and it shifted right out

Belt is junk at 1" wide, and for a lifted cart before that.
