Default Yamaha U-Max Light in bed of truck

OK I have made up my mind finally with the help of this forum. Its great. One last question. Will the U-Max Light fit in back of SWB Truck with no problems? I am picking it up in morning.

Got it home haven't had time to mess with it yet. Once I get it out and do a little maintenance I'll get some better pics. Gotta put some better tires on back for cursing around property. Now if I can just figure out where the governor is I'll be good to go.
