Default g14 clutch

My g14 sat with out a body outside for a while. Cleaned the tank, fuel pump, carb. Ran great but now the clutch closed up and is stuck. I did not move the cart just ran in neutral. I not sure where to start (wd 40, big pry bar, really big hammer, etc.). There is a annual golf cart and tractor parade sunday that I was hoping to go to until this happened. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
Mike

Are you talking about the primary clutch (on the engine) or the secondary clutch (on the transaxle)?

Yes the primary. I don't think anything broke just rusted and I do not know how to get it to move open so i can clean it and lube it . Also do not know what to use for lube, how much grease to use on the fittings.
Thanks
Mike

Mike, one ta two pumps from a grease gun. If prim., try moving it by hand, back and forth. Don't want to hit it. Might try taking off the outside cover to see if one of the 3 weights might be stuck.

If rear clutch (secondary) is froze, I'd try spraying the shaft inside the exposed spring with penatrating oil. Then again about, no more than 2 pumps of grease in the zirk fitting.
