I Lost The Link That Connects My Tie Rods I Dont Know What It Is Actually Called Can Someone Point Me In The Right Direction And How Much They Usaly Cost And The Proper Name For Them Its The Little Black Bar That Goes From One Tie Rod To The Sterring Box

Go to the above "sticky" and type in the needed info...It will give you a parts diagram and part #'s and a name. Yamaha now sells a complete tie rod assy, either driverside or passengerside for around 28.00 bucks each. good luck Dave

Do you mean the "Idler Arm"? The part that connects both tie rods to the steering box? It would have one hole on the top to connect to the steering box and two holes on the bottom that connect the two tie rods.
If so I have one from a parts cart. Let me know if thats the part you need. If it's the actual "tie rod" (the part that connects the two tie-rod ends) I have those too!! |
